About Me

I was born and raised in Austin, Texas, but consider San Antonio home. I love it here but my wife doesn't. As of April 2007, I have just finished a 1 year tour in a classified area. I've deployed to Saudi Arabia, England, Spain, and Diego Garcia.

Until May 2004, I spent the past 9 years as a single parent of my son Cody, who is now 12. I met my lovely wife Victoria at Eagle's Nest Christian Fellowship (website is www.encfsa.com) in August 2003. Before then, she was a familiar face I'd seen off and on.

Movies:

Favorite types are typically sci-fi, cult, western, and comedy. Favorite directors are David Lynch, Stanley Kubrick, Mel Brooks, Martin Scorcese, Sam Peckinpah. Favorite movies are: Full Metal Jacket, Shawshank Redemption, Napoleon Dynamite, Eraserhead, Blue Velvet, The Wild Bunch, Goodfellas, Office Space, The Godfather, Blazing Saddles, A Clockwork Orange, The Grapes of Wrath, Sergeant York, Scarface, Stand By Me, Brazil, Forbidden Planet, Star Wars series, Sling Blade, The Apostle, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Easy Rider, Repo Man, Stranger Than Paradise, Army of Darkness, Citizen Kane, Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure, A Boy and His Dog, The Shining, etc. From 2006, favorite movies were Borat, Idiocracy, The Departed, and Inland Empire

Favorite T.V. shows are All in the Family, Sanford and Son, The Jeffersons, Beavis and Butthead, and the old classic 1960's Star Trek.
