“My witness is the empty sky.”

About Me

~I can't help but watch John Hughes movies when they come on at two in the morning. ~I sing everytime I drive, but never can in public. ~Nothing makes me happier than seeing something strangely beautiful. ~I've betrayed my art. ~But it always comes home anyway. ~There's nothing better than spontaneity with friends. ~I'm not very funny but love to laugh. ~I only have one secret that no one in the world knows. ~I feel guilty for wanting to live the life I enjoy but despised when I was 17. ~On at least two occassions, Kerouac has made me cry. ~"Jealousy of identity of true happiness tears" are my favorite. ~I miss the old MTV. ~VH1 at three am is no substitute. ~I fear ambition as unhappiness with the present. ~I'm debating whether Myspace is a crutch of lonliness or a tool of expression.

How long is too long?

Its hard to understand what one can stand until the jar is full.  Why though, do we see what is enough once we've surpassed its limits?  Ah to be human!  Again and again I am reminded o...

The serpent of change

When the serpent who stole Gilgamesh's herb (thus robbing him of eternal life) emerged from its old skin, it spoke an extistential truth.  To shed one's skin, is to embrace the reality ...

Shame on you

I can't help but think, shame on you president Bush.  Shame on you for a war of nothingness and death that you'll never win.  Shame on you for failing to see your pattern echoed in the past....
