FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: HELLO TO ALL MY MEDIA FRIENDS, I WANT TO THANK YOU ALL THAT SPRUNG INTO ACTION, AND TOLD YOUR VIEWERS, LISTENERS, AND READERS OF MY LAST URGENT PRESS RELEASE I SENT TO YOU ALL ABOUT COLIN FARRELL THREATENING ME AND USING INTIMIDATION TO ATTACK ME, AND THE FACT THAT I FILED MY POLICE REPORTS AGAINST HIM. Though the cyber hacking and other more slight harassment continues, I have returned back to my apartment and have hired a " body guard," of sorts that has vowed to " watch my back" when I am home, and when at all possible come with me to run my errands. Now that I have gotten my footing back slightly in the situation, on part because of my media friends helping to put Colin and his actions on the radar now, I have decided to punch back, and have decided to keep on with my plans to file a new Civil action against Colin Farrell, which I did on Sept. 15, 2008 at the Federal court house in Los Angeles California. My intentions this year was to hopefully have my lawyer and Colin's lawyer come together and settle the old issues of him brandishing me and stalker and destroying my reputation peacefully and privately, but clearly from Colin's recent actions, he chooses to feel he is above reproach, and can bully me any way and any time he wants indefinitely, so I decided to go ahead and file my civil action against him in federal court for slander and intentional infliction of emotional distress. I am seeing the case through this time legally, and with a proper lawyer, and I am not going to allow Colin to weasel out of having to be held accountable in a court of law for all the harm distress and destruction he has caused me, and my reputation. Not to mention the emotional despair he has caused me even with his latest actions and from just his lies from the beginning. My case is not about the phone calls from 2004, or anything like that. My new case has to do with the "stalker " comments he's made and the lies he's said about me, that has allowed the media and the public on a whole to constantly demonize and ridicule me. I might be flamboyant and bold at times, but I am not a liar, crazy, or a stalker of any kind. I am just a kick ass New Jersey chick, that refuses to be bullied, slandered, and harassed by the likes of Colin Farrell period. The disrespect and slander that Colin has caused me MUST COME TO AN END, AND END WITH MY VICTORY IN COURT. I will not have it any other way. I am taking Colin Farrell to task about it all.
