As a poet, songwriter, musician, and artist, I have found my life to lead in a direction of creative freedom, exploring the experiences that come into my life. My kindred spirit guides me in a direction to spread my caring thoughts, music, and goodness to the world. The guitar gives me a direction to bring out that reality of energy, to focus happiness and contentment into my life. I spend my time with my music, meditation, school, as well as keeping my mind occupied with the challenges life brings. So what do I do? I love to cook, create in any shape or form, run/bike, as well as dedicate my life to spiritual contentment. Moderation is the rich life.
