"You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes you may just get what you need."

About Me

"Learning to love life by living through loss and mistakes, Lessons learned then gradually surfacing, letting go, stripping naked to scream I am not perfect, nor do I strive to be. I am alive in this world of face first falls and public breakdowns. I'm a retarded disfigured clown, dying to be heard for the simple art of letting this heavy wall finally fall. I'm an equal being of no race, or color, a hallucination if you will - Sneaking into the the lives of strangers and letting them fall apart to a new rhythm... Just to feel better."

My Interests

art, music, biking, jogging, yoga. Currently training to run the San Antonio Rock n' Roll marathon in November. :) Not crazy. Determined.Avid fan of "The Office" - "Ryan started the fire."

I'd like to meet:

People that love life, aren't bitter, that treat others with respect and kindness....and anyone who'd like to train with me to run the Rock n' Roll marathon in Nov! Runners? anyone?

Music:

Almost anything - not a big fan of country or rap. Rock, Classical, Jazz....depends on my mood.

Movies:

This scene is the most disturbing thing I've ever seen. Love the line though...And Brian Regan's pluto bit...

Television:

Office nut. "The thought of putting your beets in my mouth makes me want to gag." hahahaha

Books:

A Brave New World, The Great Gatsby, To Kill a Mockingbird, Heart of Darkness, A Farewell to Arms, classics....Newer ones I enjoy are Slave of my Thirst (Tom Holland), which I find chilling each time I re-read, The Hitchhiker's Guide, and Ride the Wind (a good romance that shouldn't just be labeled as such as it's a great epic history of native american life) ...and occassionally I'll hibernate with a really girly novel as a pick-me-up

Heroes:

My Dad - for always being himself - kind and good, for having the ability to stay forever optimistic about life AND My Brother - for stepping up and fighting for the freedoms that I enjoy and so many take for granted.

To help or not to help?

In a world where there is so much random violence and so many people whose demoralized values allow them to justify hurting others, my question emerges: Should human beings (those of us that aren't de...
