About Me

I'm a rap artist from Jersey. I like 2 think of my self as a true rap ARTIST. Versatility is a major defining characteristic of my music. I don't just do well at any one particular kind of record. I pride myself on being able 2 make records of all kinds well. I can go from the street, 2 the club, 2 the head & straight 2 the heart with my music equally. I'm an extremely lyrical artist. I write ALL of my own lyrics; so if I'm saying it, then I wrote it. I also song write R&B; I've even wrote a couple gospel songs. I'm in love with the studio & the whole music making process. I'm a solo artist, so I perform as such. "No hype-man with me on stage; I perform by myself." Why do cats need 2 have 10 poeple that aren't even on the record on the stage with them when they perform?! On a scale of 1 to 10 my drive & hunger for success in this business is roughly well over a MILLION. I think hip-hop is much too single driven these days. I know singles are a major part of what gets records sales, but it seems that most new artists don't know how 2 make a complete album that's good. It's like 2 maybe 3 singles & 12 or 13 tracks just 2 fill up a CD. I want 2 help bring back the days of rappers making good, make that, GREAT albums. I completed my 1st album March 2003 (The Sneak Attack). I've completed 2 mix-tapes of all my own material. The 1st one also in March 2003 (Doin' It BIG!!) and the 2nd in January 2004 (Top Of The Game). All done completely independent. I recently released my latest CD, titled "2 The Top Or Broke" in April 2005. I used 2 be big on the whole battle scene, but now everybody just wants 2 rap jokes when they battle. That's OK I guess, but I'd rather hear some real lyrics. Is it asking 2 much for MCs 2 actually have something 2 say?! I'm actively seeking management & the opportunity 2 do as many shows as possible.
