"Scrubs" should be on the air for forever! I also like The Simpsons, Days of Our Lives (What are we going to do if Stefano ever actually dies!?), and 2 shows on Court TV:Forensic Files and Psychic Detectives (Thanks Meg for the addiction!). Other than that, I don't watch other TV, it's boring as Hell.
Books:
"To Kill A Mockingbird" (Harper Lee)...the only book I read in all 4 years of high school!, "Night" (Elie Wiesel), "Kindred" (Octavia E. Bulter...you HAVE to read it. It's where I got Roofus's name- just not the spelling.) "Up From Slavery" (Booker T. Washington), "Marley and Me" (John Grogan). Anything about African American history toots my horn. I hate fiction for the most part, and like for things to be written in first person (hence, autobiographies being a favorite too).
Heroes:
Roofus! As for humans, my sister, parents, paternal grandmother, Fernando Vale, Selim Benbadis, my teachers from kindergarten until now (except my 3rd and 4th semester nursing clinical instructor). Basically everyone that loves me despite my many flaws! And, of course, past, present, and future members of the Armed Forces for protecting the country that I love but could/would never fight for!
