Claiming that she did not know the shooters amongst other details, she was found guilty of perjury and was facing 25 years in person of which she was sentenced for 1 year and 1 day. Prosecutors used security cameras and subpoenaed dozens of witnesses, including Lil' Kim and the M.A.F.I.A., however Lil' Kim and the press chose to only focus on and label Junior M.A.F.I.A. as rats.
