About Me

What started as a jam and experimenting stlyes between users of a wiltshire studio turned into Kaytu. We had no pre-conceived ideas for the project but after some sweat and tears our signature track 'Obstacles' emerged. Judge for your-self if it worked, but after all, we're having fun and hell aint that what it's about?

Sounds Like: ***REVIEW FROM JUNXION 17 MAGAZINE***This debut offering from internationally based six piece Kaytu simply doesn’t fail to impress. The title track is an attractive spiderweb of Celtic tinged folk rock that ensnares the listener with a series of fragile layers of melody before applying the knockout punch of a both inspirational and rousing chorus. The quality levels are maintained on the other two tracks also – the strum happy “She’s Walking Into The Sea” and my personal favourite, the explosive “Keep On Running” which is punctuated with a particularly aggressive guitar riff in the chorus which suits the song perfectly. This is a terrific collection of songs by an excellent collection of musicians – well worth a look.
