Influences: LIL ROY is one of south Florida leading artist. Former member of a group entitled South Side Syndicate, (triple S), He is in a constant battle to get his own reputation in the music industry. LIL Roy is a now solo artist who has come a long way from the day he started. now better, faster and smarter then ever before he is startin his music career once again, but this time on his own, Creating his own label, and street promotional team, With help of many others. In 2005 LIL ROY was suppose to sign to atlantic records with his former group, but because of the groups differences, the group broke up before it actually started. In 2006 he was joined up with Alex Wier and pokoloko music and they both made an agreement to help eachother out. Now in 2007 LIL ROY is back with a new album in progress called "Back to the basics", Which he says is dedicated to his troubled past. "its the rebirth of my music within the industry" says Roy to a local journalist for a magazine publisher for prime woo magazine. Even though things havent been going as planned there has been some positive moments in Roys new start. For eample, he now has his own music company, clothes line, promotional street team, and is currently working on making his new brand of shoes with boot company lugs. There is also a good possibility that ROy might end up having a role in a future film ... The only question is, will this all stay steady and continue right for LIL ROY AND WMENT?
