Hey! My name is Lindsay. It's kind of difficult to try and sum up who you are in a paragraph but here goes!...
I like to tell people I'm from "the deep south" because I'm half Texan and half Australian! (My dad was born and raised in Melbourne Australia.) I love being a southern girl and am proud to be from Lubbock! In December of '05 one of my dreams came true when I was crowned Miss Lubbock 2006! I won most photogenic and (gasp) swim-suit! The experience was one big rollercoaster ride. Mainly because of all of the screaming and throwing up.<-Joke. My family is VERY important to me. My two sisters and I are in a rock band called "THE SHOCK!" with three very talented guys we met at school (we are all in the commercial music program at SPC). Right now we are working to achieve our dreams of superstardom and world domination! (Seriously, we're gonna be famous.) Some of my strengths might be that I am funny, passionate, outgoing, courageous, and above all else, a great friend! I'm also ridiculously good at 80's pop-culture trivia! (If I was a Goonie, I'd be "Mouth".) Oh, and I'm humble. Very, very humble. No, seriously, I'm so humble that I should be from Humble, Texas where I would compete in the most humble contest and I would win and make everybody else look really stupid because I'm so cute and beautiful.
