The Humble Stars

Well, here we are...The Humble Stars have been in existence since the mid 90's...a crew of 2, Robbie Digi & Poppa Larj! Been cutting our teeth and honing our skills in a myriad of labs but now work out of South & West London.Grew up on listening to many an artist from numerous genres including Jazz, Fusion, Funk, Classical, Soul & of course....Hip Hop!The broad range is applied to the palette when constructing & if you check out some of our stuff...you'll see there's quite some variation!The arsenal of tools include Emu & Roland synth/samplers, Korg Synths Ther are 2 or 3 Akai MPC's in the mix for good measure (NEVER could they be left out ;-) all topped off with Pro Tools for recording.We've been lucky enough to have met numerous folk that have gone on to be very respected artists & players in their own right...the likes of whom are pillars on the london music scene.
