About Me

Well, let's see....I'm going to make an honest go of this little box. I'm 6'0", 190lbs, and broad shouldered...hell, I'm just broad. I have brown hair but a red beard, hell, just check the pics for that one. I work for the FDNY as a paramedic, with additional hazardous materials training. I love my job, even though it can be pretty rough at times. I find that the honest joy and satisfaction that I get when I save a life or help somebody in need outweighs the frustration if when you can't undo the damage or when somebody calls 911 for a bullshit reason. My family life was fractured for a long time, and still is, but it's recovering well, much better then anyone could have expected. My friends are my real family, there is nothing like knowing that there are people who choose to be with you, to stick with you, to live and love and cry and die with you, not because they have an obligation, but because they choose to. On a lighter note, I have a pretty awesome sense of humor, I love making people laugh, and it's not long before you do if I'm around. For fun I read or play video games, hang out with my friends, or if I have some time to plan it, go play some paintball. I have one tattoo, I have a set of wings on my back. Really. Like any good tat, there is a story behind it, drop me a line and I'll tell you, preferably over a tasty beverage. I'm not single anymore, I'm dating this wonderful girl, she makes me happy, and that's all that matters. I'm pretty happy with myself and where I am in life, and that's what really counts. Well, that's all I can think of right now, it's kinda weird to see my life condensed to a blurb, but reading it over, not too bad, if I do say so myself.
