The following is an excerpt that was sent to me from a friend. I was speechless after reading it! "Find someone that calls you "beautiful" instead of "hot." Who calls you back when you hang up on them. One who will stay awake just to watch you sleep. Wait for the one who kisses your forehead. Who wants to show you off to the world when you are in your sweats. Who holds your hand in front of their friends. Wait for the one who is constantly reminding you of how much they care about you and how lucky they are to have you. Wait for the one who turns to their friends and says "thats him." WOW! Right? I don't think it's fair to say that looks are not everything. In the beginning that is what attracts the two. I will say that once I get to know the person for who they are on the inside is for me what truly defines the word "beautiful." People who can actually carry a decent conversation is really what I look for. Is it too much to ask for someone who is smart and funny? I guess so. Prove me wrong and state your business! "Hookups" are not my thing! So, please save yourself the trouble of hitting me up with a request for a one night stand. What I am truly looking for is someone to spend some time with to get to know. I have heard many say, "timing is everyting." For some "the one" comes almost immediately for others it can take a lifetime. For those of you wondering when your turn will come, well I can't answer that. Move forward and not backwards. That I know. I do NOT play games, which means for those of you that have thoughts of trying to "play" me then don't even bother hittin' me up. Do I sound bitter? I like to think of it as being "cautious."
