About Me

Red skope !: A qwerkey mixture of new wave guitar sketches meeting a pounding back-line, and being a group of bandwagon jumping whores, synths are used and abused, whilst a rich triple vocal harmony makes that vital chorus sound ‘phat’.
A 3-piece hailing from in and around Bedford, they are no stranger to both line-up and band name changes. The current line-up – Barbs (27, bass & vox), Olski (19, drums & synths) and Wilde (27, guitar & vox) - have been active since September 2006.
With songs based around stacking shelves at there local supermarket (Every Little Helps), through to going out on the pull in the historic Georgian market town of Ampthill (The Lynx Effect), Red skope ! offer a humorous insight into the Bedfordshire highlife.
A 3 track recording under there belt, titled the Every Little Helps EP, Red skope ! have just arrived at there destination with the music they want to hear.
So what are you waiting for? Jump on and get involved! (From previous shows there’s plenty of floor space that you’re all welcome to fill.)
For show bookings simply message us on MySpace, or email [email protected] .
Our new CD, ready to either gather dust on a shelf or sit between your coffee mug and table. Either way, it's versatile! Download the songs in mp3 format by right clicking on the song name and selecting 'Save Target as...'. Play it load.
