My taste in music is extremely diverse....I'm into stuff with attitude, beats, funky jams. I LOVE dancing to old school hip hop and dance music ranging in all flavors from Rap to punk rock and indi. I'm a sucker for fun 70's and 80's jams. I love loungin' to House Music and enjoy drum and bass beats. I love salsa and yet dispise the reggatone (w/ a PASSION)! On the chill, I like Jack Johnson, a little Howie Day even some sexy classical to smooth over a headache on any given day in traffic. Whatever - if its got a good beat then chances are I'll probably enjoy it. My ultimate favorite are the Beasties, LL Cool J, Q-Tip, OutKast, Black Eyed Peas...... And yes, I do like country but it all depends on the mood.
Movies:
Your typical funny, yet stupid humor: Anchorman, Elf, Ferris Buelher's Day Off, Fast Times at Ridgemont High,The Sweetest Thing is my FAVORITE movie Evah!!, Meet the Focker's, American Pies, Boon Dock Saints, Napoleon Dynamite... but I also like REAL movies, that make you think. The one's with a twist that you're left there in total bewilder wondering, "What the...??" Then you have to watch it like 5 times just to catch a mistake.... and scary movies? Don't even get me started. If it's stupid, I won't watch it. Same goes with Science Fiction: boring!!
Television:
Dirty Sexy Money, Entourage, E!, VH1, Rock of Love.... Sponge Bob cartoons... Honestly though I read way more than I watch TV. Mmmm Books!!
Books:
I like reading anything related to people... as long as it really happened. And I love old classics like "The Moon & Six Pence" by W Somerset Maughem... talk about old century intrigue! Ah, the ambiance.....
Heroes:
My great Grandmother. She was so amazing! She was fearless and classy! She went out there and got it and was exceptionally well spoken for. If a city didn't have an organization, she started it. If she'd never been there, she went. As a child she alone gave me a taste of diverse activities/interests: modeling, Jobs Daughters, Girl Scouts, traveling, horseback-riding lessons, an interest in books, the Arts & even singing. She knew no limits and saw potential in everything. The world as she wanted to share w/ me, was her Oyster. All the things I strive to be!
