My Interests

I am really interested in growing grapes, wine, my son, and dog. It seems my life revolves around work and family, but since both rock, I don't care how boring I appear to the rest of the world.

I'd like to meet:

I enjoy people and am always trying to meet new friends. I would like to meet myself in the future...kinda like Stewie in the Family Guy Movie...just to make sure I made it through my twenties alright.

Music:

My favorite band is Guns & Roses...mainly because I am in love with Axel Rose. I am not a musically inclined person, but I love lots of genres... From Texas Country to Classic Rock to Industrial House. There are very few things I can't listen to. I really love Avenged Sevenfold right now. Not a big movie buff, I prefer stage theatre, but I enjoy most movies I take the time to watch. I think musicals are probably my favorite genre of movies...love the Producers and Chicago. I finally saw 300 and loved it. This is Sparta!!!!!

Television:

Scrubs, CSI, Sex in the City, Family Guy, Simpsons, Iron Chef, Hell's Kitchen, and Top Chef. Reality shows suck (unless they invlove cooking)!

Books:

Wicked is the last book I finished. I am in the middle of a couple of books. An all time favorite is a Wrinkle in Time.

Heroes:

FDR, my favorite president; Johny Cash for bridging folk, country, and rock; Henry David Thoreau and Ralph Waldo Emerson for being hippies of their time; my dad for everything he is, and my brother Ben, who is now back from Iraq and was promoted to Captain.
