mc fisher price is a Hip Hop extraordinaire with roots in Danbury, Connecticut. price's government name is Jeff Maccarone, aged 25, and now living in Stamford CT. Entering the game a little later in life than some of the De La Souls or Common Sense's of the Golden Era of hip hop (circa 1994-1996), fish brings almost 2 decades of knowledge and experience to the hip hop forum. Starting off as a bboy, price organized and headed up a Breakdancing Club in the high school he attended (Danbury High School, Danbury CT Class of 2000.) From popping/locking to the occasional turtle spin, fisher price played the minority role in the team very well. From a musical standpoint, fisher price has been breathing the sweet frequencies of music since age 8 when he began weekly piano lessons with a phenomenal local teacher. A year later he added the Soprano and Tenor saxophones to his repetoire. At age 16, he bought his first synthesizer (a Novation Basstation rack mount MIDI unit) and began the creative voyage that has led him here today. Through the years, mc fisher price has worked with many aspiring artists both during his work as GM of WXCI 91.7FM Danbury (www.wxci.org) and on his own in his home studio.
