I LOVE THE RIVER - PLAIN AND SIMPLE - DIRTY ASS RIVER RAT!I love to learn. So much that once I learn something I'm ready to move on to the next. I believe that Respect is given - Disrespect is earned. At the Yerman Institute I learned this quote: "I'm not better than anyone and no one is better than me." I understand people in a way most do not. I've learned that all negative emotion is a result of unmet needs. I keep compassion and kindness in the front of my mind as much as I am able. I have a fear of being alone (as in away from my loved ones) and a fear of heights. I have a weakness for alcohol that is triggered by old friends, family, campfires, San Francisco Bars, and hot days at the River and Baja, Mex.
