My personal daily driver has a turbocharged SR20VE powerplant, using a custom ntuning turbo VVL 850cc/Z32(N62) MAF program. It recently put down 365whp@11psi on a 100% stock engine with an EXTREMELY safe tune! The only drivability issue is lack of traction ;)
