God is not the author of confusion {1 Corinthians 14:33a}
STOP. THINK. TRUST.My Testimony
I found my best friend when I was a pre-teen. Growing up I always knew about Him. He was, and still is a person of great strength, support, guidance, and love. Even though I didn’t know Him well as a kid, what I did know is that, when I was in His presence and with the people He called friends, I was where I was suppose to be. It felt good; It felt right to be where He was. He was everyone’s best friend at the place where I grew up. He connected us all together and we were a family.
It’s been a couple of years now since I’ve known him personally, and He’s become more than just a friend, but someone who I want to be like. Because He’s filled with a patience that goes beyond the norm, goodness to all, truthfulness in a time where it’s hard to find, strength of mind, peace and much more, which are all things that I seek. And because of His care for me, the things he’s done for me, and taught me, my life has been good. Through the ups and downs He was there and because of that I’ve grown strong. I hope I never forget what He has done for me and that He'll always call me his friend.
