Jr.T joined Strength Movement in 2003 and since then he has been a key member helping to promote the label both on stage performing at various events as well as hosting events and music road shows across the borough of Newham and Harringey alongside Rap Raven. Jr's Debut Album titled Give me Taofeeq is a mix of Hip Hop with some rnb influences which received great feedback and even some airplay on pirate radio as well as BBC 1Xtra. Jr is currently working on new material as well as collaborations with fellow Strength members Bomb and Raven. Jr. T is also an actor having studied performing arts at college and playing many roles in plays and dramas including roles in BBC2 drama L8R and the successful production of Pinocchio at Stratford Theatre Royal. Jr. T uses these acting skills to help him perform as a rapper on stage where he feels most at home acting the showman and interacting with the crowd. He has performed at many venues including Stratford Circus the Barbican Centre and Theatre Royal and has worked with the poet Benjamin Zephaniah portraying one of the characters for the promotion of his book
