Things to know, that really aren't that important, but I'll tell you anyway:
I'm a graphic designer who "makes things pretty." No, seriously, people come to me at work and say "can you make this pretty?" Someday I think I'd like to have my own business, but the prospect of it seems too frightning at the moment.
I love my family more than they know. I'm too sensitive for my own good, but I'm getting better by the day. I didn't get much out of college, and I often want to write my art department to ask for my money back. You would want to pick me as a partner if we're playing a trivia game, trust me. If I walked by someone I went to kindergarten with, I would recognize them immediately. I have to fight the urge to begin counting down to Christmas in August.
I've been told that my way of thinking is totally unique, but I'm not sure that was a complement. My brain works much faster than I'm able to get my words out, and it kinda sucks. I leave my shoes and socks strewn all over wherever I am--I'm very anti-sock in the summertime. I like making longer-than-necessary to-do lists because I feel better when I can cross more things off. I rarely call my husband by his name. He doesn't think it's weird, and neither do I.

Reading, cooking, decorating, movies, design, spending time with friends and family, shopping, traveling, beating others at board games, exploring new places

I'd like to say I'm here for new friends, but let's be honest, that's not going to happen.

Music:

The list is varied and many. Faith Hill, Angie Aparo, Coldplay, Damien Rice, A Fine Frenzy, David Gray, Anna Nalick, Better Than Ezra, Semisonic, Sarah McLachlan, 90's chick rock, etc etc. For every two respectable songs/artists that I like, there's an embarassing one lurking somewhere.

Movies:

Labyrinth, Love Actually, Office Space, Wedding Singer, Braveheart, Elf, A Christmas Story, Friday, Signs, Mystic Pizza, 16 Candles, Uncle Buck.

Television:

The Office, House, Family Guy, Arrested Development, CSI (the original), anything on the Food Network, Project Runway, Top Chef.

Books:

If it's got pages, I'll read it. Harry Potter, Brit-Chick Lit, DaVinci Code, Midwives, anything by Jodi Picoult, cookbooks, honestly, just about anything.

Heroes:

The Mooninites from Aqua Teen Hunger Force, especially the sassy purple one, Err. "I will rock your face!!!!" Whoever started up Target...oh, and whoever first invented bread and cheese, mmm.
