So for everybody that hasn't been keeping up with the craziness of my life, I'll give you a glimpse of what has been going on...In this, the 23rd year of my life I have accomplished 3 of the things that some people work their entire lives for. I got married to my best friend...Sam, this man has a bigger heart than almost anybody else I know. He'd do anything for his family & friends, and he can put up with me....what better could I ask for? So after living in Pasadena, San Diego, and Pismo we decided it was time to settle down and start making a stable life for ourselves. We moved back to my hometown of Visalia, I know your all wondering why. For one I missed my family, they are a crazy bunch...but I love em! Secondly, we could afford to buy a house here. So accomplishment # 2 is that in August of 2006 Sam & I purchased our first home. We are painting & making it our own, and I LOVE IT! So for the newest and maybe the most exciting thing that has ever happened to me.....On February 1st I opened Escrow on my very own Restaurant! I'm LOVING THAT! After going to Culinary school, I have been working as a Pastry chef, kitchen manager, food sales rep., dining director...and now I get to work for myself! Create my own menus, and make it an absolutely fabulous place to hang out! I am so EXCITED! God is truly AMAZING! I am so happy with my life right now, I could burst into a million pieces!!! God has opened some heavy doors for me this year and I am so thankful for every blessing in my life!
