At 22, BIG Fella was born and raised in Southeast DC and went to school in Northern VA & I played football in high school at TC Williams (2001-03). BIG Fella also attended a HBCU in Charlotte,NC where he recieved his Bachelors Degree in Business Management. His characteristics are known for being laid back, chilled, mellow & down to earth. He began rapping in late 2003 with friends he grew up with. BIG FELLA: "We all was doing it for fun just to get a laugh out it. I really didn’t take it serious until about late ‘04, in my freshman year in college down in Charlotte, NC. Thats when I started meeting people from the DC, MD, & Northern Va. area. It was one night when everyone from the area was just in a big cypher freestyling. I sat back and listened, & was like “some of these dudes can spit for real”. So I started networking with other people from the area and we began to do AREA mixtapes. We got tired of doing mixtapes and was like “fuck it, let’s do an album and start a rap group”. We made the group & named it the METRO CARTEL and ever since then, we’ve been working together as a group. As far as the group goes now, some of us branched off & start doing the solo thing. We’re still a group, but if one of us gets signed first, then that’s even better! We’re going to take it one step at a time. Right now BIG Fella is startig his own record label, called A.B.C. Ent. (ALL BOUT CAPITAL ENTERTAINMENT) . "I want it to be an in house label 4 real to start off then expand to different various artist locally and globely." Some of his artist are Young Ridge, J'mil, Young Tap from PIFB. The R&B department of A.B.C. Ent. will consist of the lovely Mz. Knight from PIFB. The video department of A.B.C. Ent. will be presented & held by A.P. from BLESSED PRODUCTIONS . Then BIG Fella will plan to have a GOGO band called PAID IN FULL BAND for the gogo department of A.B.C. Ent. handled by Lo from Metro Cartel. His first artist Young Ridge will have his own label called Money Affiliated which consist of him self and Mike The Incrdeible. But Now as we speak, I’ve been working on mixtape tracks and a little bit of album material. My first mixtape, “Str8 Out Da Vaullt”, was like a warm-up because I’m real anxous to let people hear my voice. It didn’t really sound bad as far as lyrics but the quality wasn’t good AT ALL (laughs). I named it that because I’m the type of rapper with alot of word play and flow. I can think of a song without writing it, stay on topic, & put it on wax. I think of it as “CRITICAL SPITTIN”, from the concept Critical Thinking. I dont write anymore because I’m getting more comfortable with my craft of just leavin it all in memory. I love listening to music and making it. I just want to get better at it. NOW YOU CAN CHECK OUT MY MIXTAPES. I have a little storyline in all of dem, as far as rap goes, and I have some good features. You’ll hear artists like Lo, Sir Charles, Ivin Terrorable, & J.Hoffa from METRO CARTEL, Young Ridge & Mike Incredible from Money Affiliates, Yung Tap & Mz. Knight from Paid In Full Band and Airport Tone from Dreamlife Thorobredz. I put a lot of work and dedication into these mixtapes, and I’m about to start working on my album, “FELLA'SHIP”.
