Dare of the Day

As awarness being their main focus, Dare of the Day has fused powerfull lyrics with a unique, agressive sound. Their influences, such as Thirce, Thursday, Rage Against the Machine, and Blink 182, show that Dare of the Day not only has a well rounded taste for musical genres, but too that the band hopes to gain a fan base ranging across the entire musical spectrum. Lyrically, Dare of the Day strives to make notice of many important social issues and engage thier audience with the world around them. "Many people are blind to the fact that they can play a crucial role in society" says Kerry Holsinger, guitarist for Dare of the Day "but our goal is to open their eyes, you know, let them see their true potential" With their current CD still underway, Dare of the Day hopes to do just this when the CD drops in Spring '09.
