In a Midwestern music community that has been completely saturated by generic hardcore and gimmicky art-pop, They’ve Shot Flanigan offer the city of Indianapolis something new, or perhaps something old and forgotten. With a sound deeply rooted in a variety of classic rock acts ranging from Fleetwood Mac to Metallica, and a love for contemporary indie rock, the band sounds like a conglomeration of their eclectic influences. They have been compared to the likes of Muse and Brand New, or a thoughtful combination of Jimmy Eat World and Black Sabbath.
Since 2002, They've Shot Flanigan have been writing, recording, and performing rock and roll songs. They have also been maturing. They'd like their fans to do the same.
