Back n 92 one of my fellow classmates doyle aka "Yella Fella" use to write flows while in class and it intrigued me when he use to spit what he had wrote at lunchtime. I was deeply inspired and started to write. Thats when I started my 1st group which was titled" Young Midwest Playa's" I would listen to groups like N.W.A. Run Dmc,Da Brat,Twista,Bone Thugs,UGK ect and would pretend that i would have the 4th verse on the track. So i would write to the beat and thats how i came up with some of my 1st lyrics and songs. I bought some lil 4 tracks and some cheap keyboards and a mic and started recording the classic 4 track album "Young Midwest Playa's Vol1. We started slanging those lil underground tapes at the clubs and hand to hand and i even got them into the local blockbuster music on consignment. Well they ended up screwing up my money and so in turn i ended up suing and winning the lawsuit. Nothin big, just like a couple hundred bucks but to me the victory of winning that lawsuit was like a million bucks. After years of honing my skills and networking with various artists a friend introduced me to the man now known as Evil Pimp. Our styles clicked from the beginning and so we started to work together on what was suppose to be a group project. After a conflict of interest we decided to part ways and thats when i released the classic underground album "You aint seen nothin...Yet!" Thats when Creep Lo aka The Prince of Cedar Rapids was born! Wanting to be a local star i kept going! Promoting,Doing shows,Setting up shows and getting contacts in the music industry. Right now i am finishing up on the most anticipated Rap album ever to come out of Iowa! I have been getting calls and emails up the ass about it and all i can say is if you liked my 1st album titled "YOU AINT SEEN NOTHEN YET" this 1 BLOWS that album away! More Gruesome More Gangsta and More CREEP LO! I am also working with a new producer and he goes by the name "MEDICINE MAN" So if you need some of those evil dark killa beats then hit him up and tell him CREEP sent ya. He is on my top 8. I am working with different rappers on alot of different album projects here in Iowa so keep posted. Just getting the right peices to the puzzle together then i will connect em.
