Well it looks like I am rewriting my interests, hmmm, I wrote a whole load of stuff too.Well my main interest in life is SadieDog my 14 year old cross breed, you can see her picture in my photo album on here. I have had Sadie for 7 years now, my ex husband and I rescued her from a local animal sanctury, she means everything to me, she is my world, and comes before anything else in my life priorities....I also have 3 black cats, Thomas, Kevin and Toby, all young boys under the age of 3. Thomas and Kevin are short haired and Toby is long haired with the use of only 3 of his legs. Kevin is a real killer, he hunts and he eats up his prey. Thomas kills the occassional creature, he never eats them, and toby can just about catch a worm or leaf or candy wrapper. Thomas also has a curious habit of sucking on white tissues while sat on my lap. He also likes to bring me home moss from the nearby woods. Anyway my main interest are my pets. I adore animals.My next interest would have to be music. I love music, it has a huge impact on my life. I love to go out to gigs, I try and get to at least one every couple of months. The most recent gigs I have been to have been: Avenged Sevenfold, foo fighters, My chemical romance, the offspring, download rock music festival 2005, velvet revolver.......The only upcoming gigs I have tickets for are the give it a name tour at the end of april and disturbed in october, but I'll be looking at going to many more. Apart from going to gigs I listen to music an awful lot. The bands I love and my friends love we share on a radio station for all us friends to listen. It's rock music and a few of my friends dj on the radio station, I do a friday show starting 8pm UK gmt time http://radio.ecnet.org:8000 (9000 for dial up) I love sharing my music and giving people new bands to listen to and also play their favourite tracks. I like many many bands and when I have time I will list them somewhere on my profile. If anyone has any good tips for good new bands then please post them on my blog, I am always interested in getting new music. All else I can say is rock music will save the world. :o)Ok never interest would have to be watching movies. I like all different kinds of movies which I will list in the movies segment on my profile on here. My most favourite recent film was hostel I love scary movies. I am not into gory horror I like mind games movies which get your imagination going. The only movies I don't like are gangster movies and action movies. Anything else if it's good I like it.And my final interest is my online life. I am disabled and practically housebound so my online life is my social scene on the whole. I have amazing friends on here I am incredibly lucky. So to all you reading this, thanks for showing an interest in me. You are amazing :o)
Oooo so many people, I could like to meet all my good friends off the internet, and when I have a chance I will list them all......:o)I would die to meet Slash, well maybe not die, but I'd do an awful lot of things I wouldn't normally do.... ;o)I am going to see Avenged Sevenfold on Sunday 12th March 2006, and I would love to meet them, THEY ROCK and are sexy too, they have a dirty rock n roll look about them like Guns N Roses had in the day (1980s) BUT THEY ARE NOT to be compared to Guns unless it is to say they share the same brilliance. Wow AS Look Hot.Who else would I like to meet? Well Gerard Way from MCR (My Chemical Romance) And the who band actually. Seen them twice in concert already and seeing them again end of April 2006 at the Give it a name Gig.I would also like to meet the Exies, coz they rock.And well I'd like to meet so many people, so many rocking bands out there.As you can tell I am a rock chick.Rock music will save the world!!!!! RAWR !!!!!!
My favourite movies have to be creepy ones. I am not into blood and gore, I'm into frights and scares. films that make you use your imagination are usually the best to frighten you. Most recently the movies I have enjoyed are, Hostel (very horrid) white noise (this movie stirred up so many emotions for me, from fear to sadness) The Ring (first japanese remake I saw and thought it was brilliant), The Grudge, Amityville horror (Never saw the original) Dead End (very much up to your imagination) Silent Hill. I think my favourite movies of all time have to be Alien, Aliens Alien 4. Loved them! And they always frighten me even tho I know what is going to happen.....lol. Films of other genres I have enjoyed are Crash (NOT the David Cronenburg one) Road Trip. American pie 1 and 2. hmmm So many movies I have seen. I enjoy a good movie. There are so many I could list, but basically I like what I like. I like hollywood blockbusters and I like indie movies. If it's good to me then what else matters!
Hmmm, well ok tv. I don't watch many shows, altho I am a sucker for some of the reality shows, BUT only a few, most of them are ridiculous. I have enjoyed watching some of the big brother series, in the UK I think our set up is better than how it is done in the USA and other countries. They do a celebrity big brother here for only 3 weeks each year which I enjoy and they have also done a show called I'm a celebrity get me out of here which is based in the Australian rain forests and the celebrity's have to do the most awful things, a little like fear factor. I watch a couple of hospital drama shows and I watch a crime police drama too, but on the whole i prefer music or movies.
I used to enjoy reading a lot, but my illness has affected my eye sight so I can't read how I used to. I used to enjoy reading trashy horror novels, my favourite autors were Shawn Hutson, Stephen King, Virginia Andrews and my all time favourite is James Herbert, I think he is amazing. I loved the book the magic cottage it was just fantastic.....
Hmmmmm. You will have to leave that with me because I am totally not sure. So many people have touched my life. If I had to choose one person who stood out from the rest it would be my best friend Andrew who also helps me as a carer, you can see him in my photo album on here....... *nods* Yes that is decided my hero is Andrew, he is truly amazing and special.
