A Union man, proud father, all-around upstanding family man and a singer/songwriter in that shrinking margin of spare time. I grew up farming tobacco, cattle and hay on family farms in Owen County, which had it's influences on me, more psychologically than musically, i guess. Got my guitar bloody for my first audiences on Two Ole Oaks ridge, and at the renowned Camp Bottoms, the former 'spot'. Usta play harmonica w/ a clothes hanger. Blowed it inside-up and upside-down for a while, but these days I concentrate on the roar of a Les Paul and a Evil Twin Fender amp (sorry, hippies).
