Growing up in the south west coast of Holland, house music showed him unforgettable moments in the summer and warmth during the winter.
DJ Saturn has been a DJ-Artist for nearly ten years now, but at the tender age of eleven he already tried to play a CD on a turntable. Over the years, this pre-talent has been transformed into seamless, innovative and fierce DJ skills.
It were icons such as Mark Farina and Derrick Carter who created Saturns' own trademark; dropping obscure records with a constant vibe and flow and preferably, during long 3 hour sets. 'House Music With Swing' as he describes, a melangé of the Westcoast Deep House, Chicago Funkiness and more Techy Edges to make his DJ-Sets complete.
Inevitably Saturn has been encouraged & respected by icons from the industry. During the past decade he has DJ'ed extensively with beloved underground moments and peak-time boogie-flavoured sets. Internationally it has brought him to reknown places such as Ministry of Sound, Pacha [London], Face Club [China], Culture Club, Stereo Sushi [Belgium], Black Sheep, White Law Hotel [Miami WMC].
In the Netherlands his deliverance in clubs and parties built up a wide resumé, containing festivals (Groove to Chill), established clubs (Supperclub, Melkweg, Nighttown, Mezz, Stubnitz, Sugarfactory, Now&Wow, Ekko, .. ), and underground nights with peaks during the Natural Beach parties, Bumpin Chicago, Moodclub, Jazz-a-Delic, Full Spectrum and his own night NuEvenDeephouse, where he provides strong ties with his hometown beaches throughout the year..
With all the movements he has witnessed it is time to cultivate his own music works. Producing for nearly 2 years now, there is an awakening coming up and the need of expressing his music to the world.
