I am originally from Cleveland, OH. I come from a musical family. I've been into music on some level or another for as long as I can remember. I always sang, and had an unfulfilled crush on drums. I say crush because I love them, but they really don't love me. My mom also tried to give me piano lessons, but those didn't work out either. I sang in several choirs and groups before i found my true musical love. BASS.I started playing in several churches in Cleveland, and also played for Charles Woolfork and The Praise Covenant Choir. But I didn't feel like I was doing all that was in me to do. And I certainly knew that I had a lot more to learn. I attended the Atlanta Institute of Music and graduated "With Honors". I was blessed with studying under Adam Nitti, Gary Wilkins, and Alan Barnes. I still haven't internalized some of the things that I learned there. But they taught me to teach myself. One day, I'll get it. I guess that's the problem of being an eternal student. Always something to learn.I am currently living in Conyers, Ga. I am a freelance bassist. I have been blessed with seeing several parts of the world. My ultimate goal is to see the world with my bass. i am part way there. I have been blessed with playing with Angela Bofill, Daryl Coley, Yolonda Adams, Byron Cage, Ray Fuller, Frank McComb, Days Ahead, Inobe, Kimberly Holloway, Phil Davis, Tiffany Washington, and too many others to name. I am always looking for new and different things to play. I'm open to just about anything.I am also the Musical director for Redeeming Love Christian Church. This is an amazingly fulfilling position because it is a new church. We don't have a mega church budget. So I have to grow up some of my music department. It is a joy to see the progress that is being made. It is also a huge honor to serve in this capacity because I don't know that many bass players that have this responsibility.Recently, I have been wrestling with things that I never followed through on. I stopped singing for a long time. And I have always known that I was going to be a band leader and producer. Be looking out for me to expand in all of these areas in the very near future. I just want to do all that God has for me to do. If you are an artist, I can put together a bangin band for you that will allow you to freely express yourself on stage. Email me at
