Gutta da God AKA Young Gutta was born in Temple, Tx on Jan 6 1989. though he wouldnt know that untillater in life due to the fact that from the tender age of 3 months to 9 years old Gutta was raised in anotoriously drug infested and high crime area of North Philadelphia. After loosing his mom in December of96 while visiting realatives in Temple for the holidays. A young Young Gutta (no pun intended) started tolook to music as an outlet for all of the pain and struggle he had been through at such an early age. Havingto grow up in a single parent household with six other brothers and sisters gutta had to learn early thatnothing in life was promised but death and that if u wanted something you would have to fight for it. Guttacredits his dad with being his super hero. "As a man, a black man at that raising seven kids by your self isa tough task but my dad did it. me coming of age now and seeing thing more clear i cant do anything butadmire that."Early in music gutta drew inspiration from notable artists such as, Michael jackson and JamesBrown, to Tupac and Biggie and his most inspirational artist Jay-z. after writing rhymes for years andlistening to a collection of classic albums. gutta finnaly recorded for the first time at the age of 12 recordingthe song "School yard" which gutta says is his favorite song he ever recorded. "It was my first one, youjust cant relive that feeling." Now at the age of 19 and ready to take the game by storm gutta is mentallyprepared for any and all of the challenges the game has to offer. Guttas friend/ manager/ bussinesspartner Tre dubb books guttas shows and works dilegently to bring gutta and the macks on the rise rosteras a whole to the forefront of hip-hop music. Gutta has performed numerous shows opening up for artistsuch as trina, Trae, lil Wil, Z-ro, Lil O, and others. Gutta also saw slight radio success with his single"Wood on my dash" which was in rotation for over 3 months on temples the Beat 106.3 in 2006. Guttasays that all he wants his fan to know about him is that he is in it for the love of the game and not themoney. And he plans to one day be in the same breath as the greats before him.
