Reality: Just graduated from NHI (National Holistic Institute), massage therapy school. I got a job working at All About Health. It's a chiropractic wellness center, where I will do massage therapy 2 days a week to start. I am still working my job in the city a few days a week, until I build my clientele base up.
I just joined Team In Training and am going to do the Treasure Island Olympic distance triathlon!! The event takes place November 10th and I will be doing a 0.93 mi swim (in the SF bay... brrr!), 24.8 mi bike ride and a 6.2 mi run. I will be competing in honor of my dad who is battling cancer. I admire his amazing strength and bravery during some incredibly hard times! No matter what pains I go through with training, it won't be anything compared to what he has gone through.
