WHEN IT COMES TO PITBULLS THE BEAST IS OFTEN THE TWO LEGGED ANIMAL ON THE OTHER END OF THE LEASH!!!STATISTICS PROVE THAT A CHILD IS 800 TIMES MORE LIKELY TO BE KILLED AT THE HANDS OF THEIR OWN PARENT THAN BY A PITBULL!!!I am a very passionate person. My life revolves around my kids, my family and my true friends. Life is what you make it, so take advantage. I have strong beliefs and I stick to them. I am married to a wonderful man. We have been together six years and I cannot picture my life without him. He is always the light at the end of the dark tunnel for me. He works very hard to keep all of us as happy as can be, I could not ask for more in a man. He gives all of us everything we could ever want, and always puts me and the kids first. He seems very rough and tumble, but we get a very different, compassionate side of him. The everyday trials of life are much easier with him always by my side. He works at Boeing, and I am a stay at home mom of our 3 wonderful kids. Austin is a very smart guy, very funny, he loves to tell us jokes, and will be starting 1st grade next year. He is just like his father in so many ways. He wants to be just like his Daddy, as it should be, most little boys hold their father as their hero. He is really into sports, he is starting soccer in the fall. He would spend all of his time outdoors if he could. Kaitlan is very complex, lol. She is 5 going on 21. Very ahead of her years, quite sarcastic, and has a comment, argument or thought on EVERYTHING. She is quite girli, wants to be just like Hannah Montana, and on another hand, loves getting down and dirty with the boys. When given an option would much rather play with Austin and his friends than little girls. Emma is 2 and is just the happiest little baby girl. Always smiling. It is fun because she is nothing like Kaitlan was when she was little. She is learning quite well to stand up for herself to the other two. I guess the better words would be, to be in charge, LMAO. She loves watching them, and one of her favorite things is watching Bubba get on the school bus everyday. I am a very big animal lover I myself have 3 cats, 2 of which are siamese and the other I have had since I was 8 years old. 2 dogs, both pitbulls, one female, one male. Seville and Xavier. They are like adopted children to me. They are very much a part of our family. I am very strongly against breed specific legislation. So fight it every step of the way! I am also against breeding, for the most part. Especially with pits. Both of mine were fixed immediately. There are too many animals dying in shelters for everyone to be breeding, and no one seems to be very picky with who they give these animals to. Would you give a child up for adoption to just anybody? Animals should get that same respect. Don't shop, ADOPT! Both my dogs are magnificent. They are wonderful with the kids, they let the baby crawl all over them, tug on their ears, their tails, and they couldn't care less. If BSL laws are passed, and continue to circulate throughout the states, it will not stop what happens to pitbulls. It will only cause the drug dealers, the junk yard jerks, the dog ring owners who fight them to move on to a different breed. Like a boxer or a rott, what than just continue to outlaw all breeds used until the dog breeds worthy are exhausted? Stupid.I am an aspiring business owner. I hope to open up my own children's shop when all my children are in school full-time. I've always felt it was the perfect thing for me. My mother expressed wishing to go into business with me which just makes it a thousand times more exciting to have her as a co-owner.I am a pretty liberal person. But am very conservative on a few issues. I am not easy to bend either. I am a strong fighter. When I believe in something I will fight to the death to keep it, or to make it happen. I truly hope to change many things in this world as my children are growing up in it. To see what environment they are supposed to thrive in absolutely terrifies me. The world I grew up in is happening alot faster. Girls experience things in middle school now that I didn't see till high school, and things in elementary school I didn't see until middle school. I truly believe there needs to be more outreach programs centered towards children in school, and out. Parents are not taking enough of an active roll in their children's lives anymore. I am also a strong believer that there should be harsher laws for child abuse, it is much to tolerated in this society. I also find the laws on child molestation and rape to be a joke. They should get life. Why not? The child who they took advantage of will never fully get their life back why should their abuser?On a lighter note I am a very fun spirited person. I enjoy life and the every day trials. Children are the one thing in life that make you see things you could not see otherwise. They truly are a testimant to what life is about. They always see the good in people, and carry many traits with them we as adults seem to lose sight of over the years. I feel very priveledged to get to spend all my time with them, the joy of raising them at home and being a part of their every day life and growth. I love doing arts and crafts with them. Painting, coloring, learning their numbers and letters, writing, finger paints, scrapbooking etc. They have such a hunger for life it's exciting!
