Out From Under

About Me

"It is nigh on impossible to find fault with Out From Under. And why would you want to? These chaps are so much fun! Clearly revelling in the chaotic, and oddly addictive sounds they create . An eccentric Country-Garage-Funk fusion but without the expected disasterous results." Americana UK.......................................................... ..................................................What do you want to know? It's all right there at Prince Edward Island's most prestigious beer joints. Out From Under holds no secrets. Work is harrowing, love is work. The old ways of doing it for yourself are gone. Fishing and farming have been replaced by the options of becoming a civil servent or serving civil servents. Now how the fuck is a fella supposed to feel free? It's hard to get it all out as it's all coming in so fast. It leaves an awful mess by the weeks end that needs a movin'. You've got to stomp, yell, sing, dance, pound sticks, suck n' blow, and play too many guitars way too loud. Sometimes yelling into a cheap PA all the things that you dare not whisper is all the medicine you need. OFU knows this, and it is FUN!Check out Out From Under 's website !Go to Sandbar Music for some clips from our "Live at Leo's" and "Unindustrious" albums. Lots of other important PEI bands to be found there as well.
