2 week mark.
I am 223.8 !!
I just found a thingy from 2004 that said I was 210 Lbs, jeez. If I keep going at 2 Lbs a week I will be that weight again in 7 weeks....sweet.

Well...
I finally did it. I changed my diet. I am not on a diet, I have changed my diet. No sugar, No dairy, 16 glasses of water a day and I have to break sweat one a day....no problem.

Market year end took a crap |
The market took a dive this week and and the last market day of the year bombed, I don't see a sure fire bottom yet, by looking at the Diamonds, cubes and spyders.
