About Me

Ross Palmer (DJ r-juna, AKA, DJ RP) was born and raised in the Denver music scene. From the time he was 14 and snuck in to see Paul van Dyk, he knew that electronic music would forever be the most important thing in his life. When he was 16, he began making his unique style of "trippy" music using Fruity Loops and his parent's computer. From that moment, he was hooked and began learning everything he could read about digital music production. In college, a good friend advised him to take out a loan and buy some Technics turntables--a decision that changed his life! He began throwing his own "raves" for the school, which gained immense popularity. Performing several shows per month, his events became legendary and he has spun for crowds of ~1,000 people, and played his own music every time. For Ross, DJing and producing go hand in hand, and he would be nothing without his trusty computer running Logic Pro or his CDJs and mixer. His ultimate thrill is DJing what he writes, so to enjoy the best of both worlds. This summer, he moved to the Netherlands to be closer to "the mecca of trance music" and to jumpstart a European career. Support the tracks, and tell your friends if you like it, always leave your mark if you enjoy something!!!
And always remember: the music is about positive vibes, so be good and don't sweat the small stuff!
Here's a stop-motion music video I made to my song "Without Her," enjoy! -Ross
