I feel like I'm writing a press piece for some candidate . . .
I am a chatter box who is sincere, straightforward, loyal to a fault, with a passion for living and a love for all people. I love the family I was born into, but equally love the family built by finding kindred souls.
While I probably fit a few stereotypes, I never hold others to any.
I was with Fred, haven't waivered on "W" and already know which party I will be voting against in '08, but also wish the Dixie Chicks were still part of Country music and Country Radio.
I once had a bumper sticker that said "Charlton Heston is my President." Grew up going to a small, polite, God fearing Southern Baptist Church. But admit that I inhaled and for years Jack Daniels was my closest personal friend.
I live near Nashville, TN, but my soul longs to be in Knoxville, TN and my heart will forever be tucked in a corner of a house on Fisher St. in Portland, ME.
I work WAY more than I should. I work in Tennessee, Texas and when I get really lucky El Salvador. I've even been caught working from a hospital bed. If there's WiFi, then I can work. I'm not saving lives or anything, but I love my work, love my team, and love that I work for a company/man who exemplifies the American Spirit. Only in America can someone without a college degree become CEO of his own fifty billion dollar global company! Still - I do need a non-work life!
Sports anyone? Is there ever a more perfect weekend than one in October when the Volunteers win on Saturday, the NFL & Nascar keep our Sunday busy and the Boston Red Sox are still playing baseball? Just to be clear about where my loyalty is, like Peyton Manning, I am forever a Volunteer - Go BIG Orange!!!! And Rocky Top will always be home sweet home to me.
My iPod is a gift strait from God himself. In just the past few minutes mine has taken me from Marilyn Manson to Trisha Yearword to Frank Sinatra on to King George Strait threw some Def Leopard and Avril in and now - now a voice like butter, yes Mr. Tony Bennett, telling me that "The Best is Yet to Come". Music - now there's some food for my soul.

I am a little of Carrie, Charlotte, Samantha and Miranda all rolled into 1 with some Mulder and Scully and Eric Cartman thrown in just to keep things interesting.
