i'm lucy, and i pick mushrooms out of absolutely everything.
i just managed to complete my music degree whilst on tour all year; it was stressful but worth it. i work for an arts festival by day, and dance till my legs fall off by night. i have a tattoo of a bird on my right hip which i sometimes forget is there, then i grin when i remember it. i LOVE the nautical - stripes, boats, anchors and the sea in general although it terrifies me. i am trying to drink more water. i love lomography and spend many a day taking aimless blurry photos with my diana and holga cameras. i'm really bad at scrabble, but i love it. i'd love to live in paris. i'm training myself to be able to walk in heels. i love everything about the great british seaside even in the winter. i like driving to it, getting chips and coke and eating them whilst looking at the sea. most of my clothes are red, navy blue and white. i think i was born in the wrong decade, since everything i love is always much older than me. i like twee, stripes, chintz and lace. i like how palmer's cocoa butter makes me smell like chocolate. i like images of birds and hot air balloons. i once wrote a letter to the queen when i was little and addressed it to "the queen, buckingham palace, london" and told her about my dog, her lady in waiting wrote back and included a factsheet about the royal corgis. i'm a hopeless romantic and a bit of a dreamer. i love chocolate digestives, lemon cake and whole roasted garlic cloves.
