I am 28 years old even though my youth say I look a lot older. I am the Youth Minister at Oak View Baptist Church and have been for almost 9 years. My passion is to fulfill God's call on my life to lead people, especially youth, to Christ and help them to grow in their faith to be used by God in awesome ways. I have one sister, Monica, and she and her husband, Kenny, are expecting a child in July/August. I also have a step-brother, Josh, and he served for two years as a missionary in Sweden with Campus Crusade for Christ and joined our church staff in July, 2006. I am blessed to have two loving parents, two grandmothers, one great-grandmother and a step-mom.I am a big sports fan- I like the Redskins, Panthers, Braves, Cubs and UNC. One of favorite things about sports is announcing. I pay attention to how games are announced and try to learn from them. I have announced for Andrews High School basketball since 1996 (13 seasons) and Wesleyan Academy basketball for the last six seasons.
