Our Trip To Jamaica... thank you Brad & Diana...
I am slightly dramatic. I will always be a Virginia girl. I am a lil obsessed with my college. I still miss high school cheerleading. I have a shamrock tattoo. I like living in Tennessee. I love wine. I like accesories. I think my hair is one. I was raised on Jimmy Buffett & Randy Travis. I am a preschool teacher who occasionally bartends on the side. I look just like my biological father. I act just like my mother. Most of the time. My step dad is my "real" dad. It took me 20 years to realize we CAN get along. I am proud of us for that. I am lucky. I am emotional. I love fairy tales. I'd love to be in one. I've made mistakes...I'll keep making them. I have been many things to many people. I keep places in my heart unconditionally. I've fallen in love & out of it. I believe you can love more than once. I get a lil' carried away. I watch crime shows like it's my job. Sometimes I kind of think it should be. I'm smart. I'm a cryer. Oh well. I love the National Anthem & God Bless the USA. I wish people would never talk during either. I'm innocently patriotic. I am afraid of unmarked police cars, parking garages & clowns. I was a sorority girl, I always will be. I still get a lil fired up when they do those documentaries on the harmful effects of Greek life. I'm frustrated by picky eaters, pretentious people, and anyone who walks slow in malls (unless you're my grandma- and you CAN'T walk fast). I hate cigarette smoke & people who think Virginia isn't in the South. I watch a lot of football. I never went through a "drug phase". I wear a lot of pearls. I love them. I think I probably should have been a teenager in the '40s. I like their red lipstick, their music and how they always seemed to be at carnivals & amusement parks. They were right? I do not believe Elvis, JFK, Tupac or Princess Diana is still alive. Though that would be super if they were. I'm stubborn. I'm classy...most of the time. I like the adjectives "polished" & "genuine" and aspire to be both. I'd like to love fearlessly. I'm working on it. I've hurt, I've been hurt. I'm down-to-earth. I'm terrible at keeping in touch. I'm a little careless at times. I love kids. I love my family. I have all different friends. I like all different people. I am creative. I am simple. I am compassionate. I'd really like to be famous though I'm not really sure what for. Possibly just so I could buy lots of gifts for people anytime I want! That makes me super happy! I am a writer, a critic, a thinker and a dreamer. I believe in people & I try to love my life. Even on it's hardest days.

You'd have to be around me for about, um, 5 seconds, to know that I enjoy telling stories in a dramatic fashion,I like to eat gourmet food and drink fantastic glasses of wine, have new favorite songs every day, buy fun outifts for no reason, find good reasons to wear fun outfits, lay in my bed during thunder storms (or tornadoes now that I live in middle Tennessee), meet people who share some remote coincidence with me and make a huge deal about it, have secret crushes but tell everyone, make friends with kids... and well of course, wear big sunglasses and pretend I'm a celebrity. Obviously I like to do that.
