Not a boaster but a rejoicer in her victories and acomplishments.Attorney Harris' long and illustrious career in the entertainment industry began as an intern in the Marketing/Promotions department at KISS 104.1 in Atlanta. Shortly thereafter she landed a fulltime Programming and Promotions Assistant job at a start-up station in Dallas, TX, KRBV HOT 100. Ms. Harris proved to have a natural talent and quickly paved her way in the industry making a BIG name for herself. Just shy of one year in the business, she beat out industry veterans and landed a Promotions Coordinator position spearheading the marketing/promotions efforts of TWO stations in a top 15 market. The industry took notice of this quiet storm brewing on the horizon and many queried as to where she came from and definitely where was she headed. While creatively serving as the Promo coordinator, Ms. Harris formulated signature promotional campaigns and breathed life into old ones. Her ever growing presence and talent attracted the attention of local celebrities and A&R reps, who then began to solicit her services to develope, impelement and promote their endeavors or jsut be a part of her projects. During this four year stint, Ms. Harris gained local notoriety and placed her on the A-list. riding on the wave, she turned things up a notch and created an event planning and promotions company. The company successfully guided the paths of comedians, athletes, musicians and actors.Due to cut backs as a result of 911, Ms. Harris was forced to leave the radio industry. She focused solely on her event planning company and raising her then new born daughter. Eventually she closed the doors on the business-temporarily. And it was all in God's plan. She was accepted into law school at Michigan State Univ. College of Law. Nt beign able to shake her passion,she supported herself by hosting parties and consulting with local artists about their careers and the industry. Upon graduating from law school she passed the Georgia bar.Never giving up on her passion, she stayed true to the purpose and her calling, she immediatley hung out her own shingle and became Attorney Harris- Entertainment Attorney. She relied heavily on past industry connections and quickly forged new relationships with some of the top executives and movers. Her climb is steady and swift.Of recent, Atty Harris has joined forces with celebrity Assistant, Melanie M. to create The K.Alex Experience - a ridiculously creative, full-service entertainment company.Atty. Harris' work speaks for itself. She is a woman everyone should know. She has a knack for inspiring a room full of strangers with her mere presence. When she speaks it is a testimony to the ears, evoking listeners to dig deep in their souls and uncover hidden passions.She has been unafraid to work hard to place herself among the industry leaders in her field.
