Hey Whats going one everyone, Its the end of one year and about to be the beginning of another. So with that being said its time for me to write something new.Well first off, let me start off by saying that my name is Derick aka Adjutant DAC aka YUNG DAC. I am a Saved, Sanctified, Holy Ghost filled and Fire Baptized young man. This past yr (06), it was a good yr for me, kinda a fresh start so to say for me. I had my ups and downs, goods and bads, but thru it all I have learned. God has really opened up my eyes this yr. He's showed me alot about myself. He showed me where in some areas of my life I needed to change for the better of me and also where in some areas of my life where I need to grow spiritually and physically. I thank the Lord everyday for the things that he's done in my life. I have no regrets what so ever.This year I have truly decided to except and start to walk in the callings that the Lord has placed in my life. I was running from them for awhile, but the Lord said that enuff was enuff. I thought that with me excepting my callings that it would be something that I would start doing right away, I was sadly mistaken. God revealed to me that, this past year was my time of preparation, my time to learn and to study. He had to show me myself and the error of my ways, I am truly thankful and most assuredly grateful. God is so awesome yall.So I want everyone to know that in 2007, watch out cuz God is going to do some amazing things thru me and for me.I attend the Garden of Prayer Church of God In Christ, located at 2800-2814 W. Diamond St., Phila, PA 19121..We in the heart of North Philly yall, don't be afraid to come for a visit. My pastor is the awesome Elder Gregory L. Frison and I serve as his adjutant/armor barer, which means that I serve him in many capacities, both spiritually and physically. The Garden of Prayer also known as GOP is a church that is built on prayer and still believes that Prayer still works today. Our mission for the Garden of Prayer COGIC is to Lift Jesus Christ, Love and Lead the Community to an Abundant Spirit Filled Life.As You can see I am apart of the greatest church in the world. That's right, I am apart of that Grand ole' Church of God in Christ, Where the Presiding Prelate is the Bishop Gilbert Earl Patterson. My church is apart of the Commonwealth of PA Jurisdiction, where our Bishop is none other then Bishop Benjamin J. Ravenel Sr., Bishop Ozro Thursten Jones Prelate Emeritus. I luv my church. I have also just been elected to the office of Youth Advisory Board President of my Jurisdiction. It's a great honor to hold this position. I'll do everything that's in my ability and power to do the things that's right for our Youth Dept.I also host a Christian cafe in the city of Philadelphia. Its called U-Turn Christian cafe, its held every 4th friday of the month at Third Eternal Baptist Church, 5364 Chew Ave. In the Germantown Section of Philly. The cafe is from 9pm to 1am. We provide the sound for various events that go on around the city. Hit me up for me info on that as well. I am also currently in school to become a PC Support Tech/Network Specialist.
