Rebel Starr: I once read somewhere that when a star is considered rebellious, it means it outshines its galaxy and is recognized millions of light years away, either by earthlings, or by such other forms of life in present reality. I don’t know how much of this is true in nature, or if it is the true intention or purpose behind this group’s name. Needless to say we think this name is appropriate for this luminous boy/girl Hip Hop duo from NYC: Rebel Starr.
I’m going to keep it funky with all of you right now. This interview surpassed many of our expectations. Amongst them, the quality and originality of true Hip Hop spirit, which is evident to be embalmed in this group’s image and character. Likuid and Baxter Wordzworth (Backwordz) bring to the table nothing less than charismatic vibes. Their spontaneity was dramatically addictive, and offered MTB a memorable outcome with a blueprint of what a fun, productive, and truly entertaining interview should be. This group represents a breath of fresh air for the youth of today, and creates a high standard for Hip Hop groups and Emcees worldwide. This particular interview says and shows it all; why we do what we do here at Meet The Block, and a group that by all means represents something new, but yet old. It provides real hope, as a new generation of “lil weezee” fans figures out that, even with a recession and depression, there is more to Hip Hop than the picture that has been painted over and over again.
We can reflect better with original music; the type of music that remains true; a non-systematic, non-commercial form of artistry. (Not that other equation oriented, fanatic obsessed overflow - but that’s only our opinion, so suit yourself). Thanks Rebel Starr for leaving the fuse lit at Meet The Block studios during this interview because this joint is going to … BANG!!!!
Successfully,
Triumph

.. Ok, Lets Keep it 100. Vibe started out a little transparent. We were getting no where at the beginning and fortunately to our liking and a little persistence, we started talking about things that mattered and the vibe grew strong. What you see is definitely what you get with T-Eazy and like anyone else he is passionate and anxious to see his name brand get large. My dude T definitely knows how to pick the bangers with a well trained ear that dates back to when he was fourteen. The enthusiasm and choice of words are nothing less than entertaining and guaranteed to keep ya head nodding. With a talented team and publicist on his back, and the delivery of a life long EMCEE, we see big things locally, nationally and international going on with T-Eazy. So we introduce to you this buzz worthy interview with T-Eazy!

The Lovely Neesha:
Being that this is our first Female R&B Interview, we scouted and met hundreds of wonderful up and coming female talent. Amongst that rough we found our diamond. :) World Wide BLock... MEET NEESHA, our Gemstone to you from a little country town in South Carolina. America's future Beyonce is this hardworking and soul giving Diva. In this interview we speak about her plans for the future with or without money. Her simple but yet sourthern mentality keep her close to our hearts and her love for NYC does't seem to keep her far. Her 3 singles are played (well 2 are played and the third is SUNG! acappela) (wait till you hear this) and her album is made popular. Songs are already in heavy rotation in the midwest and parts of Atlanta and South Carolina so it's only a matter of time till the BDS Radio Stations catch on. We catch a special vibe on this one and i am sure you will be able to tell. This is what makes me love what I do and you love what I do too! lolBe sure to catch her myspace and friend her. Show love and support to this up and coming because soon enough she will be Up and Blowing!! on all pop stations accross the country.

..We enter the world of soon to be legend DJ Bedtyme 357 by discussing the many attributes it takes to be a DJ in this day and age. I wouldn't say SO much as to limit him as a DJ, but as an artist and industry personality of confidence. He breathes and exhales gusts of triumph (no pun inteneded) and his every experience in facing adversity along the way has pushed to bring him strength and character. It goes unnoticeable to anyone with an appetite for charisma to say that the artist living inside this (IMG Beast) has still much room to destroy and conquer. Everyone has a story, but not as authentic and illustrated as this one. We also had the pleasure of meeting the man himself TECH MURDA who gave the name to Bedtyme in his youth full days. The convo goes far beyond what I imagined would come out of this interview but to my surprise probably the best interview published to date. We get into specifics of Beds favorite Dj's Mc's and things that really matter. It was a pleasure interviewing this MC turned DJ and hope I am blessed with more and more DJ's and artist who have risen to this charismatic point in their career.
