ARTIST BIOGRAPHY:DJ A-FLEX is one of the fastest rising stars on the St. Louis music scene. With nearly ten years of experience his artistry of blending records and scratching is second to none. Over the past several years this DJ has spent tireless hours putting together a wide variety of dance music and videos that could appeal to any party environment. With knowledge of music ranging from Hip-Hop, House, Rock and Mainstream Top-40 there is no party that he cannot supply with the newest hits or classic anthems. Several years as a mainstay at St. Louis’ hottest Hip Hop station Q95.5 WHHL made him a house hold name and “the” go to DJ for live broadcasts and special station sponsored events. His experience and exposure acquired through radio launched his career in the club scene locally and throughout the region. Several long term residencies at the largest clubs in St. Louis has equipped him with the know how and drive to push forward to the next level of his career.A-FLEX currently works as a resident DJ @ Al Hrabosky's after St. Louis Cardinal games. This is the place to party after a home game. He also holds down a Friday night @ Bobby's Place which is one of the fastest growing party bars in the St. Louis area. (located in Fenton). A-FLEX has also been DJing special events for corporate sponsors such as Red Bull, Asics and Seventeen Magazine. These include fashion shows, extreme sporting events and instore demonstrations. Several years ago the number one underground rapper from St. Louis, SCOOBY, started using A-FLEX to be his DJ during shows throughout the Midwest and beyond. A-FLEX also helped the rapper to distribute his music through mixtapes.Over the past 8 years A-FLEX has been able to work with the cities best club promoters, owners, artists and managers. In the past he has been called upon to open for major recording artists including Nelly and the St. Lunatics as well as Ghostface Killah, Tech Nine, Chingy and countless others. He is a member of the 24 Scientist DJ crew headed by DJ Charlie Chan. A-FLEX also helps other newer DJs in any way he can to help them further their careers.A-FLEX's goals include national attention as a DJ and to crossover to other facets of the music industry such as event planning, promotions and his own audio visual company.
