Guess what? Insurance companies are plan scrambling idiots. My mixing desk sold before my delayed laptop delivery came through (after the original was 'lost' and it took an extra week before they could do anything about it), and now my MPC is about to sell as well- so unfortunately Decisive's best work is unlikely ever to get heard. I leave for Australia in precisely seven days, and I have a *lot* to do.
