Someone I met recently told me that I should tell the world something about myself. So after a few minutes of introspection, here it is.
A nod to my parents for bringing six children into this world. Procreation itself, is nothing to be proud of. Hell, crack whores manage it all the time. The trick is to raise them right. Now try doing that after losing a war and your country to communism, immigrating 18,000 miles to a new country where you don’t speak the language, and landing in Lawton, Oklahoma.
Moved to Huntington Beach, CA at the age of four and found girls diverting at the age of eight. Obviously nothing exciting happened in between. By nine I moved to southern HB, where I unfortunately befriended Mike, Keoni, and Rob who are my true friends to this day. Breezed through High School and College without much fanfare but discovered I really had no clue what I wanted in life.
Amongst my discarded careers; Doctor, Pharmacist, Naval Officer, and FBI.
I traveled the world trying to find myself and the cheapest bottle of beer. Some fascinating places outside the U.S. Go see it before globalization puts a Starbucks on every corner.
Countries I’ve experienced; Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, Brunei, Malaysia, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, and Mexico. Europe is too modern for my tastes.
