I use an Akai MPC 1000 for sequencing and a KORG trinity keyboard.My vocal tracks are recorded with a Class A circuitry Blue Bird Mic.I record with a PreSonus FireStudio 10 by 10 Firewire Interface.Monitors are 2 new 5inch powered Yamaha Ns10s.and i cross reference with 2 Maudio powered BX8s monitors. All My equiptment is Conditioned ,including my system,{Dell 8300 Pen. 4 .with 4 gigs of ram,3 ghz processing with Hyper Theading}, with a Furman Power Conditioner which eliminates all ground noise in recording. I record on Nuendo 3.with all the plugins you need.So ifyou're not serious please don't waste my time.

NON EXCLUSIVE
Non Exclusive will entitle you the ability to use the leased Instrumental for ONE (AND ONLY ONE) commercial application (Mixtape, CD, DVD or Website) with small scale distribution (up to 5000 copies) and unlimited Non-Profit (Demo) projects. If you sell more than 5000 units you contact me to either buy exclusive rights or to rent/lease it again for another 5000 units.
You will receive a single mixdown of the leased Instrumental together with a contract giving you non-exclusive rights to the instrumental.
It must state "Produced by Jmaze Productions" in the credits of your release.
Jmaze Productions will still own the full rights to the beat.

EXCLUSIVE
Exclusive rights will entitle you the ability to use the purchased Instrumental on any commercial application (Album, Mixtape, CD, DVD, Movie, TV, Radio Play, Games or Websites). You will be able to distribute unlimited copies of the purchased Instrumental.
You will receive a single mixdown of the leased Instrumental together with a contract granting you exclusive rights to the instrumental.
It must state "Produced by Jmaze Productions" in the credits of your release.
After 10000 copies sold, Jmaze Productions will be entitled to Producer Royalties of 2% of records sold. After 100000 copies sold, jmaze Productions will be entitled to Producer Royalties of 4% of records sold.
Jmaze Productions will still maintain the copyrights of the Instrumental but agrees to not selling rights for using the Instrumental to anyone else.
