About Me

I'm just another Chicagoland guitarist who sings a bit and has been doing it off and on for a long time. I love just about all forms of Rock, Country, Blues and Jazz which means my mind is a complete musical junkyard when improvising. Over the years, there have been many bands and it has been my privilege to play with some truly great musicians during that time. I am honored to call a lot of them my friends. You know who you are. Hope to make a few more friends and great music before it is all over too!
I am currently taking a break from the band scene after many great years. A bit of gear changing is underway as I develop a new/old focus... More of a solo Americana approach to performing live as I once did. Plus I want to get back to songwriting. I may even move down to Key West, cut the soles off my shoes, live in a tree and learn to play the flute (better)... All else fails I'll just learn to mix a lot of rum and tequila drinks.

******Concerning the Road Toads, heres the deal....The Original Road Toads are now history. 2 great years with my son and the rest of the guys rockin', playing for thousands of people. The time spent with him and our music was the best time of my life so far. It was very cool but its time to turn the page I suppose.
******The Road Toads could rise again at some point. Ya never know in this bizness! ******
